Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong programming background and a proven track record of managing complex projects and cloud migrations. As a senior team member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the cloud infrastructure, leading technical projects, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project configurations including schemes, permissions, notifications, custom fields, and issue types.
  • Provide support for collaboration tools, offering best practices and guidance where necessary.
  • Implement high-impact automations across departments, leading to measurable improvements in turnaround time and process reliability.
  • Identify and deliver new automation initiatives in line with emerging business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, build, and refine automated workflows.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience covering migration, design, and administration of Jira and Confluence services.
  • Proficiency in programming, with a demonstrated history of developing and maintaining custom solutions.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills.
