Job Title:

Technical Operations Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled Technical Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our core technology systems. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth onboarding and offboarding of users, maintaining IT system efficiency, and providing technical support across our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding in Google Workspace.
  • Assist with the administration of core tech systems.
  • Advise and optimize technology for our organization.
  • Gain valuable experience in real estate technology and contribute to organizational growth.
Tech Stack Support:
  • Support and manage core technology products including security tools, Google Workspace products, DialPad, Happeo, property data platforms, and support desk software.
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of IT security principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to support both onsite and remote users.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Non-Negotiable Skills & Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Google Workspace administration.
  • Hands-on experience with technical support/help desk operations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as DialPad, Keeper, and Happeo is advantageous.
