Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

As a key member of our technical team, you will play a pivotal role in the onboarding of new clients and services. This entails:

  • Documentation of client information
  • Assessment of client environment to identify areas of improvement
  • Deployment of necessary tools and solutions

Onboarding is a critical component of our technical operations, providing a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Participation in the implementation of our client onboarding program
    • Documentation
      • Network documentation
      • Hardware inventory
      • Credentials management
      • Application setup
      • SaaS platform integration (Azure, 365)
    • Assessment of Client Environment
      • Old hardware evaluation
      • Security risk assessment
      • Areas of improvement identification
    • Deployment of Tools
      • Monitoring system deployment
      • Security service integration
      • Self-service portal setup
  • Exceptional communication with all stakeholders
    • Clients
    • Project Manager
    • Sales
    • Client Services
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years IT experience
    • 2+ years of work experience with start-to-finish deployment of IT solutions preferred
    • MSP experience is preferred but not required
    • Onboarding-specific experience desirable
  • Experience with current Windows operating systems
  • Active Directory and Group Policy understanding
  • 365 knowledge specific to Administration
  • Firewall assessment and understanding of Meraki, SonicWALL, Cisco, and Fortinet
  • Understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and VLANs
  • VMware experience is a plus
  • Apple product experience is a plus
  • Microsoft and Apple expertise
