About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask effectively. They will also have experience working with Zendesk or similar technology and be proficient in English language skills.
