Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Medical Support Specialist to handle patient care.
- Utilize your familiarity with electronic medical records systems to efficiently manage patient information.
- Update and maintain electronic medical records systems with new patient data, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to patient inquiries via phone or email.
- Explain our services to new patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how our systems work and what to expect.
- Assist healthcare professionals in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating follow-up care.
- Collaborate with billing teams to ensure accurate coding and billing information.
- Previous experience as a Medical Support Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts to patients in a clear manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
