Mandarin Language Communication Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Language Communication Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalating complex issues to the engineering team as needed.
  • Partnering with the Success team to set up clients and make any modifications requested.
  • Contributing to the development of our customer and internal knowledge bases through article writing and video walkthroughs.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written).
  • Experience working with help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll and related HR products.
  • Ability to work during US time zone hours.
  • High-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 50 Mbps).
  • Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings.
