Mandarin Language Communication Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Language Communication Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalating complex issues to the engineering team as needed.
- Partnering with the Success team to set up clients and make any modifications requested.
- Contributing to the development of our customer and internal knowledge bases through article writing and video walkthroughs.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written).
- Experience working with help desk software and remote support tools.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll and related HR products.
- Ability to work during US time zone hours.
- High-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 50 Mbps).
- Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings.
