Job Title

We are seeking a Junior Finance Business Partner to join our finance team. This role will provide key support and collaboration with business units.

  • This is an ideal position for someone looking to build a strong foundation in finance while contributing to strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations:
  • Process invoices for payment requests promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all invoices are approved in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
  • Reconcile payments made by executives against company records.
  • Ensure all payments are correctly accounted for and discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
Administrative Functions
  • Assist in maintaining financial and administrative records.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Business Unit Collaboration
  • Act as the primary finance contact for designated business units.
  • Provide financial insights and support to business unit managers to aid in decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment between business unit objectives and financial targets.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
