Technical Support Specialist

At our organization, we are committed to delivering exceptional support services to our clients. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues related to various Time product offerings.

You will work closely with internal and external partners to provide timely and effective solutions to our clients. Your strong technical skills, combined with your ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences, will be essential in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for various Time products

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Time products and associated tools

  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field

  • Strong understanding of database administration, system administration, network administration, and software application support

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to multitask and work under pressure

  • Flexibility in shifting schedules based on business requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting/implementing ADP Time and Attendance products

  • Knowledge of interface and integration tools such as Connect or EIM, BOOMI, API, or Postman

  • Excellent SQL querying skills in Oracle and SQL Server environments
