Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

Are you passionate about fostering a positive work environment and driving employee engagement? We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Talent Development Specialist.

This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall employee experience, improve job satisfaction, and promote professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the diverse needs of employees, including onboarding, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee engagement, retention, and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a positive and inclusive work environment that supports business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze employee feedback and make recommendations for improvements to drive business results.
  • Partner with payroll team to ensure compliance of payroll and tax reporting processes.
  • Manage the company's group benefit plans and administer 401k and other benefits.
  • Point of contact for investigations to resolve employee complaints/allegation and address teammate grievances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources required.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification Preferred
  • Knowledge of ERISA, FMLA, EEO Compliance, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Claims processing and COBRA.
  • Demonstrated ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills, and a dedication to provide outstanding people-care and customer service.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required.
