Job Summary

R2A Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and productivity metrics. The Lease, Fixed Assets & Capital Projects manager supports strengthening internal controls, ensuring audit readiness, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Account for end-to-end lease and fixed assets accounting process including monthly accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Manage full lease accounting processes, CoStar, and fixed assets, ensuring standardization, accuracy, and compliance across all entities and regions.
  • Oversee daily fixed assets & lease activities, reporting, and reconciliations. Ensure timely resolution of aged items and alignment with global close calendars.
  • Review and validate high-risk transactions and reports to strengthen internal controls and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and external audit requirements.
  • Drive strategic lease and fixed assets projects that reduce processing time, eliminate recurring variances, establish audit-ready documentation standards, and embed governance checkpoints.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Real estate team, AP, Corporate FP&A, and other teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
  • Guide and mentor a lease and fixed assets accounting team while staying actively involved in the day-to-day processes.
  • Create reports aligned with agreed SLAs and develop strategies to consistently meet or exceed SLA and productivity targets.
  • Manage and act as escalation point for complex accounting issues within the team and make informed decisions.
  • Accountable for the team's business continuity implementation and execution and input to strategy.
  • Plan and develop multiple short to medium term projects and contribute to long-term initiatives planning.
  • Lead moderate to complex projects as required by the business.
  • Actively manage talent (recruit and retain high-caliber individuals) and build people capability, including strategies for goal execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with 3-5 years in a Lease and Fixed Assets accounting role.
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience with a strong background in controllership.
  • Solid knowledge of lease and fixed assets-related reconciliations (e.g., CoStar) using systems such as MarkView, and Oracle.
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and strengthen compliance frameworks.
  • CPA license is a plus but not required.
