Requirements
- Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service management or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
