We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team in a dynamic role that requires versatility and proactivity. In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, engaging with potential leads, and performing essential administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

You will have the opportunity to work independently in a remote setting and utilize your strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you will maintain accurate financial records and provide support in bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements
  • Backend admin experience (invoicing, payments, student management), requiring around 4-6 hours per day, 5 days a week
  • Sales administration (lead follow-up, appointment setting)
  • Flexible hours to cover extended availability
  • Ability to handle increased lead volume (up to 30/day)
  • 1-2 years of experience, proficient with Google Suite
  • 1-2 week training period needed for new VAs to learn processes

This role requires experience and knowledge of the following apps:

  • Google Suite (Docs & Sheets)
  • Stripe and Bank for Client Payment processing
  • Whatsapp
  • Zoom
