Job Title: Virtual Marketing Assistant

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The Virtual Marketing Assistant will be responsible for promoting events, managing social media campaigns, building email lists, drafting newsletters, and providing general administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement promotional strategies for live events and online content.
  • Manage and optimize social media presence across various platforms.
  • Build and nurture email lists for targeted audiences.
  • Design and schedule engaging email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Contribute to the development of pre-launch strategies for online coaching apps.
  • Assist in driving sign-ups and trials post-launch.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance is required.
  • Strong knowledge of lead capture, funnels, and automation tools is essential.
  • Experience running or supporting Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign reporting is necessary.
  • Familiarity with content-driven platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google is a plus.
  • Ability to take initiative and provide strategic suggestions is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential.
