Property Portfolio Assistant
Job Description:This role involves supporting a team in managing diverse properties. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Support property management tasks such as lease administration and rent collection
- Maintain accurate records of leases, maintenance, and tenant information
- Coordinate property inspections and maintenance work orders
- Data Entry:
- Input and update property and tenant data into software systems
- Process rental payments and other financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records
- Tenant Communication:
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Handle move-ins and move-outs, including conducting walkthroughs and processing deposits
- Enforce lease terms and resolve issues
- Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance services, including scheduling appointments and approving invoices
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors
- Oversee vendor performance and resolve any issues
- Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with property management software preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
