Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nighttime Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about logistics and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating same-day deliveries across the US, dispatching runs, communicating with cross-functional teams, and interacting with driver agents.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to new software technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Dispatch Deliveries: You will be responsible for dispatching deliveries in assigned markets, creating efficient routes, and ensuring timely delivery of packages.
  • Communication: You will communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including drivers, managers, and supervisors, to ensure seamless execution of operations.
