Hub Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Hub Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our hub, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.

This role involves supporting the monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the Hub Operations Specialist will create, review, and validate reports related to hub activities.

The ideal candidate will also assist the Customer Support team with resolving customer escalations and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity. Furthermore, they will handle payment transactions and associated processes, as well as coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution, preferably with experience in e-commerce fulfillment
  • Held a leadership role in a warehouse or hub environment
  • Experience in payments processing or similar function
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Willing to work shifts depending on team schedules
