Hub Operations Specialist

As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics hub. This includes managing parcel inbounding, sorting, and dispatching to ensure timely delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and optimizing hub performance to achieve high productivity levels and efficient KPI achievement.
  • Creating, reviewing, and validating reports on hub operations to inform business decisions.
  • Supporting the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations and provide exceptional service.
  • Driving process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub efficiency and productivity.
  • Handling payment transactions and associated processes to maintain seamless financial operations.
  • Coordinating with agency teams to oversee their activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder with a strong background in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, with expertise in e-commerce fulfillment an advantage.
  • Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment, with a focus on driving results-oriented teams.
  • Experience in payments processing or similar functions, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to effectively communicate and present information.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as part of a dynamic team and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Continuous learning mindset, with the ability to absorb new knowledge and skills to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
