Amazon Case Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Amazon Case Manager to oversee backend troubleshooting in Seller Central. This individual will own case submissions, escalate issues, and ensure ASINs remain live and compliant.

  • Manage case submissions related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges.
  • Serve as the expert for backend resolution, ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain organized case history, track response timelines, and follow through on escalations.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing to ensure all listings meet Amazon's compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex cases, reinstating ASINs and navigating internal processes.
  • Apply strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and restricted products policies.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications
  • 2+ years managing Seller Central backend issues within the supplement, wellness, or health category.
  • Proven success resolving cases and reinstating listings.
  • Deep understanding of supplement regulations and Amazon's compliance framework.
