Customer Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via phone and email to resolve outstanding issues
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
  • Update account information and payment statuses
  • Follow up on broken promises and missed payments
  • Maintain detailed records of all collection activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Familiarity with debt collection laws and practices a plus
