Expert Benefits Consultant Job

We are seeking an experienced Expert Benefits Consultant to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will provide strategic support for client's Workday technology by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions.

  • Provide expertise in Workday HCM product suite, with deep expertise and experience in US Benefits
  • Lead client business requirements gathering, design configuration, prototype system demonstration, testing assistance, knowledge transfer, and confidential data conversion
  • Work with integration consulting team to configure test integrations between Workday third-party or custom solutions
  • Mentor new consultants coach others on product knowledge
  • Communicate collaborate effectively on team-based projects
  • Facilitate clients' intellectual practical adoption of Workday best practices
  • Maintain clients ongoing satisfaction ensuring Intecrowd referenceable once in production
  • Provide regular status reports project managers keeping them apprised overall project status
  • Innovate suggest new approaches tools deploy Workday efficiently effectively
  • Maintain Workday certifications qualifications
  • Ensure functional solutions compatible downstream data translation assist integrators configuring testing integrations external systems
  • Demonstrate computational thinking identify problem components analyze patterns remove inefficient configurations processes construct algorithmic solutions scalable ongoing client needs
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Workday Benefits Certification
  • 4+ years configuring implementing combination HCM/Benefits Solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday SAP Oracle PeopleSoft ADP Ultimate similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional experience one more areas HCM/Benefits
  • Passion providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability manage against timelines goals
  • Excellent verbal written communication skills
  • Business analysis requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability learn technology quickly instruction self-training
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Benefits projects simultaneously plus
