Customer Support Specialist (Remote)
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer experiences through timely and knowledgeable responses to inquiries via chat, email, or phone.

- Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure consistent customer satisfaction

- Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
- A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed)
