
Remote Contingent Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated customer service professional to join our team as a remote contingent agent. This is a temporary, remote position that requires the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Meet or exceed productivity and performance standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of business processes and procedures

Physical Requirements:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be regularly required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks.
