Remote Operations Manager Job

The Operations Manager role involves overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a team. This includes tasks related to purchasing, production, and operations.

This position requires monitoring and tracking orders to ensure that orders are aligned with delivery schedules while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring orders and documenting order confirmations and vendor communications is essential.
  • Accurate POs must be ensured, and they should be issued to suppliers with the correct client artwork files.
  • Assisting in contacting suppliers and vendors to receive order status, proof, and tracking information for in-house orders is crucial.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business administration. Previous experience in promotional, customer service, or order management roles is preferred.

Requirements:
  • A highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English is necessary.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Strong customer service orientation is needed.
