Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of store operations, including merchandising, promotions, and administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coaching and Mentoring
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to Agency Supervisors and Coordinators in building strong relationships with key store personnel.
    • Develop and implement personal training and development programs for Key Agency Personnel through field coaching and one-on-one meetings.
  • Evaluating Training Programs
  • Building Store Relationships
    • Strengthen relationships with key store personnel through regular store visits in assigned territories.
  • Attending Reviews
    • Attend monthly customized tabletop reviews with key branches to determine appropriate merchandiser count and man-hours.
  • Developing Merchandiser Workflow
  • Promotions Execution
    • Ensure systems like Kamustahan and KRA Checking and Evaluation are followed and maximized to resolve in-store merchandising concerns.
    • Create and update the Store Info Manual quarterly, including key store personnel, availability scores, facings measurements, and achievement targets.
  • Executing Promotions
    • Ensure proper and timely execution of BTL promotions and trade promos.
    • Recruit manpower and materials needed for projects/promotions in coordination with partner agencies and suppliers.
  • Conducting Audits
    • Conduct regular audits and performance checks of scheduled activities.
    • Submit End Project Reports for major projects, including results, learnings, and recommendations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic marketing (4Ps) and computational skills.
  • Knowledge of Cost Benefit Analysis and Basic Marketing Research techniques.
