
Strategic Client Solutions Specialist

The position of Technical Account Manager involves collaborating with clients to successfully integrate TrustArc products, providing support for small to large-scale clients, and fostering strong relationships that drive business growth and retention. This role requires identifying areas for improvement and striving to enhance client satisfaction. Key attributes include attention to detail, experience managing complex client relationships, data analysis skills, excellent organizational abilities, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and intermediate to advanced knowledge of web architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver strategic and tactical client services to high-touch clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Present and facilitate meetings for clients across various scales, focusing on the TrustArc product suite.
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting during the implementation and deployment of TrustArc technology products.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to scope, prioritize, and manage customer requests.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal, through prior work experiences.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a point of contact and subject matter expert for all TrustArc products.
- Show adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly learn new products and initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and maintaining organized documentation.
- Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, account management, or a technical customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure, including online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile.
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers like Firebug.
- Awareness of technical documentation, including product specs and API integrations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales.
