Leasing Administration Manager Job Description

The role of Leasing Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing process, ensuring optimal tenant occupancy and lease compliance. This position involves interacting with potential tenants, negotiating lease terms, coordinating lease renewals, and maintaining relationships with current tenants to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate lease agreements and manage lease renewals
  • Build and maintain relationships with current tenants to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in developing leasing and marketing strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and provide regular performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with property management and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or real estate
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing or property management with supervisory experience
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
