Marketing Coordinator Position

At a rapidly growing support company, we are seeking an organized and marketing-aware Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating email campaigns, managing campaign assets, and tracking performance data.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is detail-driven, comfortable working behind the scenes, and able to blend multiple responsibilities into one cohesive job.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or admin support. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is also required, with a strong attention to data and detail.

  • Assist with the setup and scheduling of email campaigns using various tools
  • Organize campaign assets, contact lists, and segment updates
  • Track performance data and compile clear reports for internal teams
  • Collaborate with account managers on marketing updates and ad-hoc admin tasks
