About the role

As a Compensation & Benefits Associate at Golden Century Marketing, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's compensation and benefits programmes. Based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, this full-time position will see you collaborating closely with the HR team to ensure fair remuneration across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Administering and maintaining the company's compensation and benefits programmes

  • Providing guidance and support to managers on compensation and benefits policies

  • Collaborating with the accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation

  • Handling employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits

  • Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation
