Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cagayan De Oro City for a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating marketing campaigns. They will also support sales activities, manage projects, and ensure effective communication within the marketing team and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing
  • Experience in Sales and Project Management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
