Job Overview

We seek a skilled Software Quality Assurance Expert to lead the delivery and mentor other team members. You will ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Leads on testing approaches impacting other teams.
  • Effectively communicate with management and delivery leads.
  • Present test solutions to cross-functional groups.
  • Represent your technical area on cross-functional enhancements and projects.
  • Owning the triage process.
  • Act as a Regression Coordinator across teams.
  • Ensure IT Principles & Values are followed.
  • Monitor Delivery Team metrics and drive improvements.
  • Drive team members to suggest ideas for innovation and ensure follow-through.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior members.
  • Provide out-of-hours support for incidents.
  • Coordinate test efforts with all affected parties.
Manual Testing
  • Monitor and ensure sufficient test coverage and initiate reviews as required.
  • Design test implementation and produce supporting documentation.
  • Review test approach of the team to identify issues and drive improvements.
  • Lead the complete delivery of multiple projects.
Automation Testing
  • Conduct regular peer reviews and source control PR approvals.
  • Maintain, update, and fix CI Implementation and regularly implement process improvements in CI Architecture.
  • Consolidate CI Execution Results and communicate issues to stakeholders.
  • Engage in discussions with stakeholders regarding Automation Coverage and new opportunities for Automation.
  • Adapt to different test automation technologies and lead proof of concept initiatives.
