Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer to manage our online sales platforms, develop and execute digital marketing strategies, and drive traffic and conversions to our ecommerce site.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Ecommerce Management: Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and high-quality content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and ensure a strong online presence
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups to drive engagement and conversions
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on our ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms including Shopify WooCommerce Magento and digital marketing tools
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and optimize performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to create engaging content
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp Klaviyo
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite Buffer
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business or a related field

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation
  • Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and trends
