Job Title

A high-performing Ecommerce Growth Manager is required to drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.

  • Align marketing calendars with clients and conduct tactical deconstructions to adjust projections to meet KPIs.\
  • Translate client feedback into strategic plans and implement CTC's Meta best practices and growth campaigns.\\
  • Champion clear client alignment on Growth Map goals, provide daily performance updates, and coordinate weekly strategy calls with the client.

  • Structured problem solving with logical frameworks and practical solutions.\

  • Ability to merge Finance and Marketing perspectives to build forecasted strategies and achieve goals.
