Role Overview

This role focuses on strategizing, managing and optimizing paid media ad accounts across various platforms. Key responsibilities include launching and managing campaigns, monitoring ad performance, conducting A/B testing and scaling accounts to drive growth and ROI for clients.

We prioritize effective team collaboration to ensure timely identification of opportunities and optimization of ad budgets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands.

Key Qualifications
  • Paid advertising campaign planning, development, execution and optimization for eCommerce brands across social media platforms.
  • Problem-solving approach to achieve success in client ad accounts by analyzing data and transforming it into actionable next steps.
  • Track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands.
Responsibilities
  • Creating error-free ads and troubleshooting account performance for paid social campaigns.
  • Rapid optimization of Meta and TikTok ad campaigns.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients through valuable insights on ad performance, creative tests and new marketing angles.
  • Data-driven budget management with a consumer-first focus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-management, juggling multiple projects and executing based on priority.
