Cash Collections Specialist Role

Be part of a high-performing team focused on reducing invoices overdue percentage and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to improve cash flow by driving timely settlements, while maintaining customer experience and collaborating with other teams.


About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and documenting all suspensions/terminations due to non-payment related cases. You will handle suspensions and terminations due to non-payment for all global customers, including triggering of MARs/CRFs and end-to-end and post-termination activities for volume customers only.


Responsibilities
  • Process suspensions/terminations due to non-payment for global customers
  • Document all suspension/termination cases
  • Trigger MARs/CRFs and perform end-to-end/post-termination activities
  • Engage with the third-party collection agency
  • Optimize the suspension and termination process with CC GVC process automation stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proactive, agile, structured, and solution-oriented approach
  • Adaptability to change and unknowns with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP tools is a plus
