
Home-Based Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to handle customer claims related to promotional products. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving claims in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and investigative skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication abilities. They must be able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy, while also providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve customer claims related to promotional product orders
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to gather relevant information, identify root causes, and determine appropriate resolutions
- Customer communication: Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers throughout the claims process, providing updates and explaining investigation findings
- Resolution execution: Coordinate and process claims resolutions, including product reprints, credits, refunds, replacements, or discounts, in alignment with company guidelines and authorization levels
- Documentation & reporting: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all claims, outcomes, communications, and resolution actions within internal systems
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, claims resolution, or order investigation
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
