Remote Nursing Home Biller Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Nursing Home Biller to join our team, providing top-tier support to long-term care facilities across the country. As part of our growing remote operations, this role involves delivering efficient and accurate billing services to assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Insurance Billing: Utilize industry knowledge to ensure timely and accurate submission of insurance claims for assigned facilities.
  • Review and Process Claims: Conduct thorough reviews of claims to identify and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with payers and facility staff.
  • Maintain Billing Records: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
  • Efficient Workflow: Leverage billing software and tools to streamline workflow and maximize productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Insurance Billing Experience: Proven track record of success in insurance billing and collections, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex billing discrepancies.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Fast learner with adaptability to new applications and tools.
