Paid Social Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves building and managing paid social campaigns for e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have experience in Meta/Facebook Ads, with a solid understanding of digital marketing terminologies and basic budget management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up Paid Social campaigns across various platforms
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to meet specific KPIs (MER, CAC, CPA, ROAS, CLTV)
  • Refresh campaigns by uploading innovative creatives and tweaking elements when necessary
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategies, provide insights, and work with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Meta / Facebook Ads
  • Prior in-house experience in the e-commerce realm
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce
  • Solid grasp of e-commerce and digital marketing terminologies
  • Basic experience with budget management across campaigns
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Proactive problem-solving aptitude paired with effective project management skills
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills paired with adept time management
