Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in a dynamic BPO environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service-related issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, call handling time, and resolution rate.
  • Stay updated on products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate assistance.

Qualifications:

  • At least high school graduate
  • With at least 6 months experience working in BPO
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRMs, and basic office software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
