Essential Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of payroll (staff members' compensation) including consolidation of DTRs and administration of all accounts payable and receivable related to payroll preparation and processing, including reconciliation.
  • Facilitation of staff members' benefits, including processing of government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag Ibig, PhilHealth), 13th month pay, retirement pay, tax refunds, etc.
  • Issuance of staff members' Income Tax Returns (ITR) and facilitation of HMO benefits, including enrollment, issuance, and deletion of HMO cards.
  • Management and account maintenance of government portals for payment generation and monitoring, including SSS Portal, Philhealth, HDMF, etc.
  • Generation of payment reference numbers (PRN) for Electronic Contributions and Statement of premium Account (SPA) for GNIP and process EGOV payments.
  • Monitoring and facilitation of staff members' loan and other mandatory deductions, including monitoring of SSS, PagIbig, and Personal Cash Loan of all staff members and facilitation of loans approval (Pagibig and SSS).
  • Facilitation of reimbursement claims for SSS, and HMO benefits and document processing for hospitalization, including monitoring of HMO dependent deductions.
  • Consolidation of data for Alphalist preparation.
