We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Order To Cash process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders, including domestic, export, and consignment orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and adherence to SOX Act compliance policy.">
  • Process credit notes or debit notes related to sales orders or customer complaints.">
  • Coordinate customer complaints and service cases related to sales orders.">
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.">
  • Built strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.">
  • Implement and optimize work processes, techniques, and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.">
  • Drive continuous process improvement and KPIs in Order to Cash process.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in any major.">
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain within a B2B environment.">
  • Proficiency in domestic and international trade.">
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.">
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce.">
  • Strong business English communication skills.">
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.">
  • Cross-cultural awareness.">
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently drive topics forward.">
