Job Summary

This position oversees the management of a team responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and meeting performance targets.

The Operations Team Lead must possess strong leadership skills to motivate their team members in achieving company standards. They should be able to monitor and analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement.

They will also oversee administrative duties, including reporting and compensation, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in achieving optimal call center operations results.
  • Supervise CSRs daily to ensure they meet or exceed established performance goals and metrics.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to team members as needed.
  • Plan, conduct, and evaluate training sessions to equip team members with necessary skills.
  • Prepare and submit reports on team performance to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
