  • Provide timely and accurate responses to clients, ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively.">
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure clear communication.">
  • Clarify information to meet client expectations.">
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.">
  • Continuously improve client management skills and stay up-to-date on relevant technology.">
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and proactive communication.">

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication.">
  • Confident in phone communication, able to handle frustrated clients.">
  • Proficient in using DocuSign and PDF editing applications.">
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.">
  • A team player who asks questions for clarity.">
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.">
