About the Role

The Senior Customer Advocate will interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding clients' products and services.

This position involves collaborating with internal and external teams to handle customer needs, providing timely and professional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be impact-driven and passionate about helping Boldr grow and achieve its purpose.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to provide accurate, valid, and complete information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Handle customer consultation calls, tech troubleshooting, escalations, and investigations.
  • Perform problem tracking and ensure issues are properly prioritized, documented, tracked, and resolved.
  • Escalate issues promptly to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • Three years of customer service experience (email, phone, or chat support) is necessary.
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products is an asset.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications is required.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills are necessary.
  • The ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers verbally and in writing is required.
