Job Description:

The client seeks an Ambassador to represent their brand during events, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for clients. The ideal candidate is charismatic, adaptable, and able to work seamlessly with the founders in a fast-paced environment.

The Ambassador will be responsible for manning the booth during events, engaging warmly with clients, and creating an unforgettable experience that blends storytelling, community, and fashion.

  • Represent the brand by greeting customers, helping them find the perfect fit, and making sure the booth reflects the spirit and aesthetic of the brand.
  • Ensure the booth or pop-up space is always clean, well-organized, and aligned with the store aesthetic.
  • Assist with sales transactions, inventory management, and capture photo/video content during events for documentation and marketing use.

The Ambassador must be confident, approachable, and possess excellent communication skills to introduce and explain the products to new customers, showcasing the brand story and unique offerings.

Additional responsibilities include supporting the team in preparing for upcoming events, including booth setup, materials organization, and other event logistics.
