Senior Banking Relationship Professional

The key responsibility of this role is to effectively manage the relationship between high net worth individuals and our organization, with a focus on growing the volume and revenue of clients.

  • Ensure adherence to client agreements, investment guidelines, internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to receive and execute client instructions in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and other stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and consultations.
  • Provide expert advice on investment opportunities and portfolio management.
  • Identify and address potential risks and concerns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Master's degree or higher preferred, particularly in business or finance.
  • Proven experience in banking or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investments, and securities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
