We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Service Delivery Team as a Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving results, managing administrative responsibilities, and influencing the lives of others.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for impacting business performance by driving results aligned with stated goals. You will manage administrative responsibilities such as attendance tracking, queue administration, and corrective delivery. Additionally, you will influence the lives of others by developing, training, and managing team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business performance by achieving targets and metrics.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as attendance, queue management, and corrective actions.
  • Develop and train team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
Requirements:
  • Travel or hospitality background/experience in a BPO setting.
  • Ability to think outside of traditional roles and evaluate business implications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
Internal Requirements:
  • FY23 PDP score of Exceeds Most or Clearly Exceeds.
  • Tenure of at least 12 months.
  • No Active DA.
