We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Cloud Subscription Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Job Description
  • Implement and optimize subscription management platforms using Zuora's suite of applications.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Zuora solutions.
  • Design and configure Zuora applications to meet client needs, including product catalog setup, pricing, subscription creation, billing rules, and workflows.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolution or workarounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day coordination of operational activities.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes related to subscription management, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Design and configure Zuora applications to meet client needs, including product catalog setup, pricing, subscription creation, billing rules, and workflows.
  • Heavy involvement in implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of Zuora solutions.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolution or workarounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Zuora development experience or a similar role using C#.net/Java and willing to cross-train into Zuora.
  • Experience in developing features for enterprise-level applications.
  • Experience in working under a structured project management framework.
  • Very fast learner – able to assimilate new technical skills/systems in a very short time.
  • Ability to deliver work to schedule (capable to self-manage workload and priority effectively).
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication with different types of audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
