Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure for our clients.

This role involves providing technical support, analyzing incidents, communicating with clients, and ensuring seamless operation of client environments in the cloud.

The Cloud Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for installing, configuring, and administering client systems in Azure, as well as managing cost, security, and compliance for client environments.

  • Support and analyze incidents for customers' infrastructure running in Azure.
  • Communicate ticket status information and escalate cases as necessary.
  • Interact with clients to identify IT issues, troubleshoot, and follow up on issues via email, ticketing system, and phone calls.
  • Install, configure, and administer client systems in Azure to improve infrastructure.
  • Configure and tune cloud-based tools, manage cost, security, and compliance for client environments.
  • Execute monthly maintenance of the Azure infrastructure, including patching, anti-virus updates, backups, and disaster recovery.
  • Create and maintain updated documentation for each client's environment.
  • Promote best practices to enhance organizational processes.
  • Participate in weekly discussions with clients to review outstanding issues and changes.
