Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure environments using Azure.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Azure Networking components, including virtual networks, network security groups, VPN gateways and ExpressRoute.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated code deployment across environments.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into application lifecycle management.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like ARM templates, Bicep or Terraform.
Security and Compliance:
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC), conditional access policies and identity protection strategies.
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts using Azure Security Center and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
  • Ensure data protection and compliance with enterprise and industry standards.
Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights to track performance and diagnose issues.
  • Optimize resource usage and cost through regular analysis and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in Azure administration and networking.
  • Good understanding of ENTRA and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Synapse and Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and security best practices in cloud environments.
  • Working knowledge of PowerBI and PowerBI data flows.
