A high-performing Google Ads Specialist is needed to manage and optimize paid campaigns.

About the Role
  • We are seeking a skilled professional with experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results (e.g. ROAS, CPC, CPA improvements).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with client objectives and sales funnels.
  • Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and quality score improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing, bid adjustments, budget allocation, and performance analysis to ensure campaign success.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and support decision-making.
  • Create and deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay informed about market developments and opportunities within the advertising industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or others) is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
